This is why Dyke & dean now offer shipping protection cover to ensure against loss or damage to our deliveries between leaving our warehouses and arriving with the recipient, giving our customers the peace of mind and confidence to make their purchase securely.

If in the unfortunate event your order does not reach you as it should we can quickly and efficiently resolve your issues by replacing or refunding goods for our customers who have opted into our shipping protection cover.
