The French folding chair has been in existence since the 1880's. The factory sits in Thoissey, a tiny village north of Lyon. They make around 400,000 pieces of furniture a year from the factory. Over the years the factory has been modernised but every piece is still hand checked by eye. The raw materials used to make any piece is 98% recycled. Every piece produced is made from recycled material . All the ranges are designed to live outdoors with the tough paint finishes but these are still ECO based and solvent free with UV protection to keep the paint bright and fresh.
The chair is light weight and foldable making it a great all-rounder. It can be made in several different finishes to your specification. All paint finishes are made in satin matt and are suitable for outdoor use with UV protected powder-coated steel. The seat base and back are made from solid lacquered beechwood, rated for outdoor use.
