Made in France by De Buyer since the 1830's. These pans are a new design. The non-stick coated crepe pan has optimal gliding properties - the crepes can be turned easily and glide out of the pan without any problems. 
Ultra-resistant and reinforced inner and outer black coating, last generation : guaranteed PFOA and particles free; 60 microns.
Forged aluminium 4mm : unbreakable. Bottom made of induction-friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel
Handle wrapped between two Vosges beechwood parts, finished with beeswax: protects from the heat and simplifies the grip.
Riveted handle curved in French-style: robust; easy handling; ergonomic.
Do not heat when empty or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware. Suitable for all heat sources including induction
