The Original James Retro Style School Chair
These chairs are 100% designed and manufactured in the UK by top craftsmanship. Every chair is made from a solid 22mm tube steel frame construction. 12mm laminated plywood backs and seats are then riveted to the frame to complete the chair.
Because of the handcrafted nature of the product each chair bears its own subtle differences and characteristics. The frame comes powdercoated pink which, together with the beautiful variations in the graining patterns of the mahogany backs and seats, means that each chair is truly a unique piece in its own right.
In keeping with Lesley and Olivia's utilitarian/industrial concept the product is purposely ‘over-engineered’ with the frames in 22mm steel tube and the backs and seats in 12mm laminated ply. It is a chair designed to last a very long time.
Beautiful pieces of furniture that have the ability to uplift, transform and enhance any space and will only look better with age.
