Pallares has been making knives in Spain since 1917 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. Its designs remain the same in simple classic forms that are timeless.

All round high quality chefs knife with excellent balance, making it perfect for chopping, slicing and dicing. These blades are made from high quality stainless steel and blonde box wooden handle. Each blade is made and stamped by hand.
