Pallares has been making knives in Spain since 1917 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. Its designs remain the same in simple classic forms that are timeless.

The boxwood range are a great all rounder for the kitchen and favoured by many. Its blade renders it extremely sharp making it ideal for chopping and its design great for display on a serving platter. These blades are Carbon Steel making them very hard which in turn keep the blade sharp for longer. The blade will naturally stain to a nice patina over time and must be wiped clear after use or rust can develop.
