Pallares has been making knives in Spain since 1917 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. Its designs remain the same in simple classic forms that are timeless. 

All round high quality bread knife. These blades are made from high quality stainless steel and compacted wooden handle. Each blade is made and stamped by hand.
