Pallares has been making knives in Spain since 1917 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. Its designs remain the same in simple classic forms that are timeless. 

Catalan hunting axe's are hand forged in carbon steel and are a great size for household use. Not heavy but well balanced, these are perfect for chopping logs for the fire.
