Pallares has been making knives in Spain since 1917 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. Its designs remain the same in simple classic forms that are timeless.

The standard resin handle range of knives are useful for all types of uses. These blades are Stainless Steel making them very hard which intern keep the blade sharp for longer. The blade will naturally stain to a nice patina over time and must be wiped clear after use or rust can develop.
