Pallares has been making knives in Spain since 1917 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. Its designs remain the same in simple classic forms that are timeless.
The simple range are a great all rounder for the kitchen and favoured by many. Its blade renders it extremely sharp making it ideal for chopping and its design great for display on a serving platter. These blades are made from high quality stainless steel and black wooden handle. Each blade is made and stamped by hand.
Five sizes are available to build a complete kitchen set.
