The classic series blades are made from NITRUM® forged stainless steel which gives it its high strength and resistance yet is very easy to sharpen. Resists rust and stains.

The elegant ergonomic handle offers a modern contemporary design along with durability and comfort. The handle scales are made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents and is able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40ºC to 150ºC.

Rivets are made of stainless steel alloy ensuring extremely high corrosion resistance.

The Arcos factory dates back to 1745, to this day they are still manufacturing high quality products close to Valencia.
