The factory is a beautiful example of brutalist architecture, working with a conscious focus on its historical origins yet with modern tooling and local workforce. Whilst being as modern as a car factory; in some respects it still holds onto its heritage with a strong guard.
On a recent factory visit we found a delightful combination of advanced robotics and French craftsmanship. Details and metalwork that can only achieved by artisan makers are cherished skills. Any Tolix purchase is insuring the life of this factory which has been in constant operation since 1927.
The Tolix set-up assures top quality craftsmanship, paint finishes and a continuation of the original designs. Remember, each piece is made by hand to order. It therefore has an order lead-time to reflect the production process and transportation to our Dyke & Dean logistics in the UK.
The new Tolix sideboard is the tripple door version of the perforated buffet series. Made from recylced steel and powdercoated in-house to order. Your cabinet is made by hand to order by some very skilled craftsmen. Choose the colour in the icon menu.
Each sideboard includes matching colour handles, 1 central height adjustable shelf and 4 height adjustable rubber feet.
Product 100% Made in France in the Burgundy TOLIX workshops.
