Less really is more when it comes to the design of this contemporary London home. The sleek black finish to the kitchen works exceptionally well in contrast to the stripped back wooden aesthetic which constitutes a reoccurring theme throughout the house. The minimalist approach to cohering the space allows for an expansive and open feel while ensuring a pristine finish.
The project utilises a classic piece of design in our glossy white ceramic light. These drop arm wall fittings are a reproduction model based on an original design from the 1930’s. They’re a two-part construction with the main body being screwed to the wall and the outer ceramic ring giving access to the wiring cavity located internally. With the option of mounting them either up or down, these lights are perfect for solo use or within a layered arrangement.
