Make butter without a food processor. The lower-tech hand churn method that has much more aesthetic appeal and adds a bit of a workout. The butter churn is old-fashioned but yet heavy and effective. Using two quarts of heavy cream, in 10 to 15 minutes one can make more than a pound of golden butter, along with a bonus: several cups of buttermilk. Imagine a weekend morning with the family making butter, buttermilk and then the pancake.
This kitchen equipment is made of glass, resistant over time. Easy to use, just add the cream and turn the crank.
Recommended to hand wash only for all parts.
