Notification to our office of your return via telephone, email, fax and or letter within 14 days does not mean a refund will be given. A refund will only be reviewed if the Goods / Returns are received within 14 days to our possession.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods.
