As with any body oil, use on damp skin! Straight out of the shower, or splash your limbs with water first. Oils traps moisture into your skin and softens but it cannot hydrate alone.

This tough trio are high in phytoceramides, naturally occuring long chain fatty acids prevelant in younger skin but which we lose as we age. Ceramides prevent moisture loss by reinforcing your skin’s barrier function, like grout between your skin cells.
