Orange, Black Grape, Caramel
This washed lot combines coffee cherries from Augustina, Mauro and Betty Villanueva; each processing their own, with slight variations in fermentation times and varieties grown.
The result is a consistently clean, sweet and fruity family blend, which showcases some of the best Cajamarca has to offer.
